Automobiles Ettore Bugatti was a French car manufacturer of high-performance automobiles, founded in 1909 in the then German city of Molsheim, Alsace by Italian-born Ettore Bugatti. Bugatti cars were known for their design beauty (Ettore Bugatti was from a family of artists and considered himself to be both an artist and constructor) and for their many race victories. Famous Bugattis include the Type 35 Grand Prix cars, the Type 41 "Royale", the Type 57 "Atlantic" and the Type 55 sports car.
The death of Ettore Bugatti in 1947 proved to be the end for the marque, and the death of his son Jean Bugatti in 1939 ensured there was not a successor to lead the factory. No more than about 8,000 cars were made. The company struggled financially, and released one last model in the 1950s, before eventually being purchased for its airplane parts business in the 1960s. In the 1990s, an Italian entrepreneur revived it as a builder of limited production exclusive sports cars. Today, the name is owned by German automobile manufacturing group Volkswagen.
The Bugatti Bolide is a track-day-focused sportscar developed by Bugatti Engineering GmbH in Wolfsburg, Germany and manufactured in Molsheim, by French automobile manufacturer Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S., revealed online on October 28, 2020. According to Bugatti, the concept version of the Bolide is using the W16 engine with a weight-to-power-ratio of 0.91 kg/kW (0.67 kg/PS; 1.50 lb/hp). Bugatti announced the Bolide would be the last car ever made with their W16 engine. The Bolide's name comes from the term le bolide, which literally means "the racing car" in French. The fundamental concept of the Bolide is based on a technical draft of Bugatti chief engineer and "Technical Guru" Frank Goetzke.
In August 2021, Bugatti announced at The Quail, A Motorsport Gathering in California that the production Bolide has its first delivery scheduled for 2024 at a net unit price of €4 million and limited to 40 units. Although the concept version boasted a power output of 1,361 kW (1,825 hp; 1,850 PS), this was achieved using 110-octane racing fuel. The production version will have a power output of 1,177 kW (1,578 hp; 1,600 PS) with a torque figure of 1,600 N⋅m (1,180 lbf⋅ft) at 2,250 rpm using 98 RON gas. The production version will weigh in at 1,450 kg (3,197 lb) and therefore will have a weight-to-power ratio of 1.2 kg/kW (0.9 kg/PS; 2.0 lb/hp) when 98 RON gas is used.

The Bolide is built using the framework of the same 8-liter quad-turbo W16 engine and the 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission used in the Chiron, although upgrades to the W16 engine allow the Bolide to generate over 1,360 kW (1,824 hp; 1,849 PS) and 1,850 N⋅m (1,364 lb⋅ft) of torque, 207 kW (277 hp; 281 PS), more than the Chiron Super Sport 300+. This increase in power can be attributed to bigger blades in the turbochargers and the different orientation of the turbochargers themselves. Combining the fact that the curb weight of the car is only 1,240 kg (2,733.7 lb), the Bolide can accelerate from 0–100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.2 seconds, 0–200 km/h (124 mph) in 4.4 seconds, 0–299 km/h (186 mph) in 7.4 seconds, 0–401 km/h (249 mph) in 12.1 seconds, and 0–501 km/h (311 mph) in 20.1 seconds and a top speed projected of more than 501 km/h (311 mph). Additionally, Bugatti states that the Bolide has a 0–401–0 km/h (0–249–0 mph) of 24.62 seconds, and a 0–501–0 km/h (0–311–0 mph) time of 33.62 seconds.

The Bugatti Divo is a mid-engine track-focused sports car developed and manufactured by Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S. The car is named after French racing driver Albert Divo, who raced for Bugatti in the 1920s winning the Targa Florio race twice.[3] It was revealed on 24 August 2018 at “The Quail – A Motorsports Gathering“ in California, United States.

Every Chiron Pur Sport is personalized by its owner so no two cars could ever be identical. Therefore, there are no annual changes and the base car acts as a canvas for the owner to customize to their desires and requirements. However, if it matters, the EPA rating for the Pur Sport got even worse for the 2022 model. It returns a truly dire 8/11/9 mpg city/highway/combined as opposed to the 8/13/10 mpg for the 2021 version.
The Pur Sport is an evolution of the already astonishing Chiron and is designed to be a more focused track weapon that handles as well as it performs in a straight line. Numerous upgrades have been made to the Pur Sport to make it lighter and quicker than the regular Chiron, among which are a fixed rear wing, a redesigned front fascia with a new splitter, fender vents, lightweight magnesium wheels, grippier Michelin tires, stiffer spring rates, a revised traction control system that is contained in a new Sport+ mode, a lighter 3D-printed titanium exhaust, and more negative camber. The gearbox has also been updated with shorter gear ratios, enhancing acceleration, but the Chiron's 8.0-liter W16 quad-turbo engine has remained unchanged and still produces 1,479 hp and 1,180 lb-ft of torque.

The Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ might be a Chiron, but its outer shell has been seriously altered to serve a whole different purpose than what it was initially built for - that is, smashing the 300 mph (483 km/h) barrier. Now, from the off, there’s impossible not to spot the exposed, jet-black carbon fiber that runs throughout the car’s whole body. Bugatti says that’s exactly what the Super Sport’s customers will get, which is extremely cool. Moreover, the carmaker designed the Chiron Super Sport as a complementary piece next to your Veyron Super Sport, hence the decision to keep the exposed carbon fiber as well as the Jet Orange stripes. It’s certainly nice to be filthy rich and a gearhead, matching super-expensive cars like they’re pairs of socks, we’ll tell you that much.

The Centodieci continues Bugatti’s successful 110-year course of exceptional design and performance, while reviving the memory of the brand’s recent history. With the Centodieci – Italian for 110 – Bugatti created a reinterpretation of the epochal EB110, which, when presented in 1991, was considered the fastest and most extraordinary supercar of its time. The EB110, built by Romano Artioli in Italy, was an important intermediate step for the refoundation of Bugatti in 1998 and for the return to the French roots in Molsheim.
Inspired by the historical model, the Centodieci pushes all boundaries of imagination with its breathtaking performance and pioneering design. Featuring a modern interpretation of the classic wedge shape and with the iconic W16 engine, the Centodieci transports the EB110 gracefully into a new millennium. The ten limited-edition vehicles are distinguished by their perfect elegance and sculptural beauty, making the Centodieci a true, tangible work of art.

"The incredible monster machine capable of exceeding 375 km/h using a special key."
It is one of the most fabled marques in the history of the automobile. Ettore Bugatti's cars were so technologically advanced in the 1930's that they remained quite competitive in numerous racing categories...for about two decades. Imagine a contemporary Formula 1 team or sports car trying to make that claim. But the new Bugatti Veyron created by German car maker Volkswagen was without question the single greatest supercar of the modern era.
Its quadruple-turbocharged, 8.0-liter, W-16 engine produced a mind-numbing 987 BHP at 6000 rpm. Its transmission was an ultra smooth, quick shifting 7-speed DSG developed exclusively for the Veyron. Its performance numbers were downright scary, with a 0-100 km/h (62 mph) time of 2.5 seconds, and a 0-300 km/h (190 mph) dash in 16.7 seconds. Its braking was impressive, coming to a stop from 100 km/h (62 mph) in a distance of 31.3 m (103 ft) in only 2.3 seconds.
Then there's the price: 1 million Euros (about 1.4 million USD).
The Veyron was capable of such high speed, said to be over 400 km/h (250 mph), that the vehicle's ride height and rear wing angles changed in three positions: standard, top speed, and handling mode. To enter the top speed mode, enabling speeds of over 375 km/h (233 mph), a special separate key is needed to be inserted when the car is at a standstill. Everything about the Veyron, its price, performance, limited quantity, and top speed, was completely over-the-top. That's why it rested atop the pinnacle of the super-exotic car universe when it went on sale.
